Individuals and businesses are valued goods donations partners
You Matter relies on donated household items that are either new or in good used condition. Before offering your items, please take a moment to understand what we can and cannot accept.
Items we CAN accept:
We are extremely grateful for your generous donations to support women and children impacted by family violence, however OUR WAREHOUSE IS COMPLETELY STOCKED CURRENTLY and we are therefore unfortunately UNABLE TO ACCEPT DONATIONS FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2024.
Our warehouse will re-open on Monday 6 January 2025.
Items we CANNOT accept:
- Clothing, shoes and accessories
- Fridges, washing machines or clothes dryers
- Glass furniture
- King beds, mattresses or linen
- Used laptops, desktop computers or gaming consoles
- Poor quality, dirty or damaged items

Business goods partnerships
If your business has surplus inventory, sample stock, returned items, shop marked, ex-display or unsaleable stock, then we can distribute these goods to families in need.
