Six New Transitional Units

You Matter has recently completed the full fit-out of six new transitional accommodation units, creating safe, welcoming homes for women and children in urgent need of emergency housing.

Each unit has been fully furnished and thoughtfully prepared with essential household items, ensuring the spaces are immediately ready to support families at a critical time.

By setting up these homes in advance, women and children can arrive to a place of comfort, dignity and safety – without the added stress of establishing a household during crisis.

This project reflects the power of community support and collaboration.

These six homes now stand ready to offer stability, hope and a foundation for recovery for women and children escaping family violence.
